Client Survey – US Special Forces Hiring

Naviga is excited to announce our participation as a Volunteer Business Partner with the STAR Network (SOF Transition Assistance Resource) to help them spread awareness about this program.

STAR is a volunteer-based organization that provides mentorship to US Special Operation Forces (SOF) who are located at SOCOM (Special Operations Command) in Tampa, Florida. These professionals are getting ready to leave the military and go to work in the civilian world. The STAR Network and its partners help SOF find jobs in the civilian world by giving them tools and teaching them how to network.

Naviga recently surveyed our clients to gain insight. We reached out to our network, and Briggs Equipment, a long-term client and a nationwide industrial leader, agreed to host a transitioning SOF professional for a two-day job shadowing.  Briggs was highly receptive and worked with Naviga to make it happen. This job shadowing event allowed for solid progress in the mission of networking and gaining exposure from employers in the community.  The information shared and learned by both parties was invaluable.
