Our History

Naviga was founded in 2002 in Tampa, Florida by CEO Kathleen Steffey. For over 22 years, Naviga has been serving top employers, along with sales and marketing professionals. Extremely rude and unprofessional. This guy Matt O'Malley never responded basic questions or any messages. How can you ask for a perfect candidate to "leave you a review" when you've done such a mediocre and subpar job as a recruiter? Unbelievable....

I'd have to admit that when I first received the email from Deborah, I was skeptical. As we all may be due to the lack of communication, failure to follow-up and those countless hours waiting for some type of response from a recruiter. I felt ghosted, hurt and angry! But not with Deborah at Naviga. Thus far, she has kept the lines of communication open and held up to her part of the deal when she first made her introduction. She has sent a wealth of information and kept me informed of the entire process. I'm still waiting on a "YES" from my future employer, but while I'm waiting, I'm not in the waiting room alone.
